How to request a refund
Email us at support@icclesuperpowers.com with the email address you used to purchase, the name of the superpower, and a brief reason for the refund. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
Subscription refunds
Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged after canceling or believe there was a billing error, contact support and we will review the request.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if the product has been heavily used, shared, or if the refund request falls outside the 30-day window. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.
